[Explanation of the royalty system]
This is a new membership-based points program established on April 10, 2025.
When you register by email, you will automatically become a member and start earning points.
Bonus benefits are awarded to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members.
To use your accumulated points, copy the redeemed reward code onto the payment screen, or add the item to your cart and then click the Apply button next to the reward code to automatically receive the discount.

In addition to points earned through purchases, you can also earn points by following us on social media and writing reviews.

<Point exchange on other sites>
You can exchange your unused Select (jennyhearts.official.ec) membership points for points on this site. If you would like to exchange your points, please let us know by email.
Please note that Rakuten Ichiba and Amazon points cannot be exchanged.

<How to use the mission panel>
- To earn points for each mission, tap the panel before executing.
・A check mark will appear when the mission is completed
・Items with no limit on the number of times they can be checked, such as reviews, will not be checked.

<Difference between points and VIP tier points>
Points (Point Balance): These are points that you earn and can be redeemed for rewards such as discounts, free products, and other perks. They increase as you engage with the store.

VIP Tier Points are used to determine a customer's tier level (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold) in our loyalty program.
VIP Tier Points reflect your cumulative activity, such as total spend and number of orders over time, and are used solely for tier assessment.

So, while points provide tangible benefits that customers can redeem, VIP tier points will segment and reward your most loyal customers based on their overall engagement.
